AVVRIL LATRINE- ENOUGH, NOW!!!

So far ive avoided and ignored avril latrine because, well im not a fan, shes isnt in a punk band or doesnt play punk music of any kind (well, not any kind ive ever heard of anyway), instead she fits nicely into the box that also contains bands such as mcfly, busted, blink 182 and sum 42- oh and not forgetting that steaming puddle of runny green baby shit of a band called 'good charlotte'.
but the last week has changed my mind. why? well it has something to do with a 'ladies' magazine, you know the ones, 300 pages of clothing ads, 6 pages of articles and a double page photo spread of attendees at the most fashionable parties that had happened over the last month, if you have seen one (and im sure you've had a peek through one at the dr's, be honest.) you would of been as baffled as i was looking at photos of people you had never heard of called 'duke and lady blah blah', and 'mr and mrs so and so'.
Anyway it was while my eye caught the cover of one of these magazines that i finally took any notice of ms latrine, the pixie faced singer with the over sized head was gracing the cover in a nice white dress and 'nice'shoes and beside her was the magazines headline "from bovver boots to stilettoes".
Now why doesnt that suprise me? it couldnt have anything to do with ms latrine playing with the punky image just for as long as it advances her career until she reaches a point where the 'rebel' image can be dropped, until it is useful in a future ad campaign of course?
this 'ladies' magazine cover seems to be the start of that image shedding process and now she can get on with the face cream ad's and a potential advertising revenue going into the $millions, everybody loves a 'rebel' who they know wont actually do anything rebellious, and avril's their girl.
i propose a friendly wager, one that bets that within two years ms latrine's face will be on billboards, bus stops and on the sides of buses, advertising some type of cosmetic or other, probally one that contains an ingredient that no one has heard of before and was "especially created for the product".
avril's head has always looked to me to be a bit too big for her body, she may soon be in need of a neck brace if her ego grows as a result of the attention, and i wonder how her 12 year old hardcore fans will react to avril selling out? (sadly they will probally rush out and get the product, if jade goody could have her own perfume that WAS a big seller then anything can happen) and probally will, the sooner they stop refering to her as punk the better. but then again, i can imagine her being called "the ex-punk queen" or something as daft as that. tiresome.
