Shocking news has reached zero hour from japan concerning the contents of a best selling novel called 'the bible', the trouble started it seems when the Japanese government recently received over 2000 complaints regarding the gratuitous sex and violence contained in the book (true). it has also been alleged that the writers have even used the theme of incest to boost sales of the book.
and the complaintants have been calling for the book to be re-classified as 'indecent material',
in defence of the book, author's Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John have been forced into defending their work "how can you represent the truth without involving the violence that revolves around the books central theme?" said one of the authors, another was said to have remarked (with a twinkle in his eye) that "and well, you cant sell a book without a bit of sex in it nowadays can you? and anyway whats wrong with spicing it up by including a bit of saucy incest?"
commentators have remarked that the Japanese have had two thousand years to make any complaints about the book and that its a bit late to change the plot line now that millions of copies have already been sold, and especially not now that the book has become a well known bestseller, and also a film with the part of Charlton Heston being played by a gun toting moses. -(reuters)
