News has reached zero hour of a surgery scandal involving 'pop' singer ms Amy winehouse and the efforts of her record company to force her to have an amputation of what the record company thought was just a large nodule growth on top of the singers head, this refusal is said to be metaphorically mentioned in her 'no rehab' song released recently.
the trouble allegedly began when ms dosshouse's record label found out that her big messy beehive style hairstyle wasn't real but instead was a mask hiding the growth which was in fact an unformed bit of ms wino's Siamese (or to put it medically, 'conjoined') twin that the singer had kept hidden -until now!
according to a rumour born on the wind The 'twin' had been said by an insider of ms wino'shouse to resemble a "fleshy lump with one eye and a sort of mouth with a few 'sticky out teeth, bright red funny lips and some hair" it has even been said by the same disloyal insider that it is the deformed head that does all the song writing and that the strain the extra head puts on ms ginhouse is the reason she so often looks so 'tired and emotional'.
it has even been said by some made up people that the record company has had a change of heart since hearing of the headblob's writing talent and are thinking of offering the facial blob its own recording contract, its not known how ms publichouse has reacted to this news although she was seen in a seemingly heated one sided argument while holding a mirror to the back of her head, whether this will mean the splitting up of Amy pisshouse and her deformed extra head no one knows, nor what it will mean for the 'pop world' in general.
no one is even sure that the head could survive the removal from ms alehouse, because it gets all its alcoholic haze directly from ms alehouse's body and it is doubtful it could survive long without a blood 'n'booze supply (it has been said that the 'head' torments ms dosshouse to give it more and more drink), the pop world holds its breath to see what happens to one of today's bestest pop stars, good luck amy!
