ITS A SWINDLE!

So it looks like the 'new' pistols single is a rip-off in the style of the 'land of hope and glory' single by the 'EX-PISTOLS' that appeared quite some time ago.
To be honest I'm not surprised to tell the truth, the fact that no mention of the song or versions of them have ever appeared before and the guitar riff from 'land of hope and glory' popping up does seem to lean in the direction of 'bootleg', but as i said, if its real i give it 7 out of 10 but if it a bootleg then i give it full marks, in fact i give it 11 out of ten, and it just shows what a good producer as well as engineer that Dave Goodman was.
Owning so much hours of live and rehearsed music of the pistols he was a smart man who instead of selling it for peanuts was able to cut and paste odds and sods together (with some added session musicians thrown in when he had to) and to make the 'schools are prisons' song sound like it was a throwaway from never mind the bollocks while keeping the 'revolutions' song sounding like a 1976 cast off was genius. DAVE GOODMAN was a man who knew his music and produced some punk classics and he was a man who understood rock musics progression and how it should sound.
if it was a GOODMAN production then it is nothing short of a bloody well made goodbye from one of the people who helped to shape the sound of punk and is from a man who is and was underrated in his time.
p.s i would like to thank MARTINF for his information regarding the providence of the single in question. its much appreciated.
