As im sitting here tapping away at the keyboard i can hear DONAL MACINTYRE and his TV 'grass up' show where he confronts 'bad men' while hes with a 'hidden from camera' crew of TV 'people' and more than one 'minder', and the music they are using is an annoyingly looped clip of THE CLASH'S version of 'i fought the law'.
This is what ive been going on about, people using JOE and THE CLASH, belatedly realising from JOE'S death how popular he and they were/are and using it to add a 'punch' to what we are watching and also to hook us into the show , it is really irritating to hear bits of songs you like only for them to loop the song just when you are just about to sing the next line.
