Some time ago i did an article about a funny new york punk site called 'www.chaospunx.com. Sadly, some time later the site seemed to die from some sort of death, but i kept the ZERO HOUR article up because i thought the site may once again start appearing.
Lately i have found myself wondering if the site had re -appeared or not, so today i typed in their address, and up came a website with the same address, but this was not the same site at all, this site was as about as 'chaotic' as a Harrods shopping list, it looked like it was a subsidiary of marks and Spencer!
True, you could 'buy' punk 'produce' on the site and it did call its self 'chaospunx' for some odd reason, but it was so neatly organised that it wouldn't take a simpleton to realise that this isn't a site done by the original 'chaospunx', they would of employed much better graphics, a sense of humour and sarcasm would of run through the site and it would of been more 'exotic' generally.
So in finishing i would like to say that the site that presently occupies that address is not the one i recommended and i do not recommend it now (unless you wish to browse through the 'punk art').
Although i would say take a look because it is the most unpunk looking website on the net. it's an odd site, i must say.
Its just a shame about the original 'chaospunx' site, it was a good one with amusing opinions and funny piss taking (it had a set of questions to see if you were a real proper punk or not, funny).
