Founder of the famous CBGB'S and the man who gave a home to the growing new york punk scene MR HILLY KRISTAL has died, i don't know how he died only that he has.
Among his achievements was to give the early RAMONES somewhere to play despite thinking of them as being terrible when he first heard them. The same goes for many other of the bands he put on, yet he was clever enough to notice that there was 'something' to these bands and was responsible for giving many well known bands that valuable hand up and a foot in the door of the music business.
R.I.P HILLY KRISTAL.
