This Friday 25 January sees a crammed up line up of people who are taking to the stage in 'honour' of 30 years of THE RUTS and the money from the gig is in aid of cancer research.
the line up includes many known faces and is 'presented' by HENRY ROLLINS.
As well as a short film about the last PAUL FOX, RUTS gig at the end of last year it also includes live performances from the ALABAMA3 (who are playing 'acoustic and using the magical power of electricity),there's TV SMITH, MEMBERS OF THE MEMBERS, CAPT SENSIBLE 'AND FRIENDS' (i wonder who they are?), JOHNNY MOPED (ah yeah), BEKI BONDAGE, P.A.I.N, and THE GLASS HEROES.
Plus if that isnt enough, there is more to be confirmed, if they turn up or not time will tell, but as a line up its still a full one and I'm sure you can expect to hear the odd live version of some RUTS songs.
The venue is the SHEPARD'S BUSH EMPIRE and the tickets are only £10 which is less than a round of drinks in the pub, now that cant be bad!
Sadly there will be no UK SUBS though.
