Sorry to steal SPIKE MILLIGANS quote but over the last 3 or so days Ive been fucking ill!
Although the poor bloke in the photo isn't me it demonstrates how i felt in recent days past, and that's without drinking, so that's why i haven't done anything new, but be patient and all will come flooding out on to the page very soon.
