It looks like the PUNK POLICE are out and about laying down the unwritten law of punk again because if you go to YOUTUBE and to the video clip of THE CASUALTIES and look at the comments left you will see that the music doesn't even get mentioned, instead all we get is one fashion 'critique' after another.
Does it really matter what a punk fan wants to dress like? or is it only punk to wear shiny new bowling shirts like OFFSPRING and 'NU-PUNK' bands do?
No it doesn't bloody matter if someone wants to wear a torn shirt with spray painted logo's on it or a SUM 41 top (although i wouldn't wear a SUM41 top personally).
Dress sense in punk has done its job now, it shouldn't matter if a punk fan wants to dress whatever way they want, no-one should be able to tell them they are wrong, that is an 'un-punk' attitude and is more suited to MODS (no offence) whose eye for detail matters in 'mod' circles.
PISS OFF PUNK POLICE.
