I may of been a bit hard on the 'youth' of this sceptred isle of ours on the article i wrote below (called 'a stab happy new year) because according to a report about a poll that was conducted by... Ive forgotten who by, anyway, the poll was asking the under 20's about their 'world view' and surprisingly over 50% said they were concerned about the state of the planet and the way it is run and over 10% of those polled said that they would seriously consider getting involved in direct action and break the law to 'better' the planet and society, just like COCKSPARRER and many others sang about.
So all that rioting during the poll tax and the 'stop the city ' 'events' was worth the trouble after all, i just hope that the next generation of rioters take precautions now in these times of big brother cameras watching every ones every move and the DNA advances (i.e wear wigs, fake beards and wear thick gloves when leaving the house and don't spit on coppers visors (oh, the good old days), instead of putting a scarf round their faces two minutes before they throw a bottle and an hour after they were first filmed!

ZERO HOUR would like to say that it in no way condones the actions of individuals who are prepared to stand up, be counted and do something to make things better when 'the powers that be' fuck up again and believe that everyone should do what they are told and rot away in their nylon armchairs in front of the telly.
