CLASH 'news'- the tower block that MICK JONES and JOE STRUMMER were in when they wrote 'londons burning' (which was the abode of MR JONES' granny) is at the moment being given a facelift, in a move that will only interest the type of CLASH GEEK that enjoyed reading the brick thick (and just as interesting) CLASH history book called 'the last gang in town', the block's once ugly 'concrete slab look' is being replaced with a new 'ugly aluminium slab look' facade, and so to mark this landmark 'no news' non event we here at ZERO HOUR sadly give you a video clip with the westway/towerblock backdrop to watch as you muse on this waste of time article (is this a scoop or what!?!).
