WANGDANGO
One of my favourite bands of the last...whatever years was WANGDANGO. Formed in London the band were doing quite well for themselves until they called it a day, they were regular support for the UK SUBS (CHARLIE HARPER was also a fan of the band and used to come on to sing a version of 'c.i.d' at the band's gigs) and they also used to play a fair bit with THE FOAMERS as well as with THE VIBRATORS and others.
Of the various ex-members of the band, two went on to be in MURKIN, two to THE BITCH PISTOLS and one member returned to the re-formed DR AND THE CRIPPENS after leaving them long ago in the 1980's while another went on to get the sack from painting and decorating in the house of the DEF LEPPARD singer!
So it was a bit of a shame when they split up. But you can still get their one and only single and CD/LP quite easily over the net by just typing in the name WANGDANGO.
also on the net is one song by the band, the song is called 'give me brew' and although not their best is still ok, give it a try.
