According to a fraudulent report leaked out from someones imagination, London mayor RED KEN MUGABE has refused to release the final results of the 2008 London election. Disillusioned government sources are saying that London's dictator has ceased to see reality and can just not admit to himself that he has lost the election, and that is why he is refusing to release the results, and in a cynical move has demanded a recount.
