The accompanying picture above will i think tell the story for me, the poor victims can be seen walking around with their trousers slung lower than their anus's, is this yet another hidden crime that is going unreported and not investigated? for the sake of all our impressionable young men i think we should be told.

THEY'VE GOT ARSES AND THEY ARE GUNNA SHOW THEM
I have been noticing more and more young men walking around looking like they have just got away from a hard night being interfered with by a big hairy man named sally while locked up in a local police cell for the night.
