The number 23 features quite often in many cases of serial killings and random acts of extreme violence. For example, the 'kill tally' of serial killers has often reached 23 before the killers are caught and the 23 year old age of victims in random attacks is also very common. This number features in murders and violent attacks (what other kind of attack is there?) all over the world.
I know it is a mad hobby but i have collected many instances of murder where more than any other, the number 23 is involved.
