The Dead Kennedys are the latest band to have their music used on TV, the song is the single 'Too drunk to fuck' and it is being used by the U.K.'s Channel4 as musical back round to an announcer telling us what shows are up and coming. I wonder if the person who sold the music to the channel told them where the music had come from?
KENNEDYS IN COURT. I know that the court case between Jello and the rest of the band over the band wanting its music being used as incidental music and as advert accompanying ditti's while Jello would rather cut off his nose was quite some time ago now.
Whether or not Channel4's decision to use the music was used after being bought in a 'package' of TV music, or a naughty controllers sense of humour got the best of him is what I want to know.
